Conference Rates

• Advance payments are not accepted after July 31, 2003
• There will be no waiver of the above fees
• Students must have faculty advisor's signature on Registration Form
• Student rate may be reduced by $50 if banquet ticket not included

Payment Information

• Cancellation and Refund Policy:
  Cancellation request after payment must be made in writing directly to the financial services company. If such a request is received before July 31, 2003, all fees paid will be refunded except for a $50.00 service charge. If a request is received between July 31 and August 31, 2003, 50% of fees paid will be refunded. After August 31, 2003, no refund will be made.
  
  
• All fees on this website are listed in U.S. dollars only.
  
  
• IFSA participants are individually responsible for completing their travel arrangements including visas, passports, hotel accommodations, and registration fee payment for the conference.
  
  
• Financial support for travel, hotel, and registration expenses will not be available from the conference organization.
