April 30, 2003	Abstract/Paper Submission Authors notified of acceptance or rejection
June 20, 2003	Last day for special IFSA Technical Tour Registration
July 31, 2003	Deadline for logoware purchases that support the IFSA03 Conference _ IFSA03 Store

September 7–12, 2003	IFSA2003 Conference begins. On-site registration available. If you are submitting Abstracts/Papers please provide 3 copies of completed papers upon registration.
November 15, 2003	Abstract/Paper reviews complete and revisions requested
December 31, 2003	Final revised Abstracts/Papers due to LLNL
March, 2004	Abstract/Paper Proceedings published

Reminders

All fees on this website are listed in U.S. dollars only.
IFSA participants are individually responsible for completing their travel arrangements including visas, passports, hotel accommodations, and registration fee payment for the conference. Click here for conference fee payment and Hotel reservations.
Advance registrants will receive a confirmation (via email), which must be presented at the registration desk upon arrival.
Financial support for travel, hotel, and registration expenses will not be available from the conference organization.
Registration fees for the conference includes mid-morning and mid-afternoon coffee breaks, reception, banquet, program, book of abstracts, and proceedings. Conference documentation, directory, abstract book, and badges will be provided at the registration desk.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation request after payment must be made in writing directly to the financial services company. If such a request is received before July 31, 2003, all fees paid will be refunded except for a $50.00 service charge. If a request is received between July 31 and August 31, 2003, 50% of fees paid will be refunded. After August 31, 2003, no refund will be made.
