> How is my
order placed and How do I pay for my order?
Use our online
order form. Make sure your contact information is clear in case
of any questions. After submitting your order please pay by mailing

Shipping Cost:
- Up to $25.00: $7.50
- $25.01 to $50.00: $9.50
- $50.01 to $75.00: $11.50
- $75.01 to $100.00: $12.50
- $100.01 to $150.00: $14.50
- $150.01 to $200.00: $16.50
- $200.01 to $300.00: $18.50
Individual orders over $300.00 will be weighed,
prior to shipping. You will be contacted by our representative with
Direct Identity with the shipping charge before your order is processed.
Overseas Shipping
Cost:
Our representative will contact clients who require International
shipping with the costs within 2 days of receipt of your order.
The total merchandise amount and shipping must be paid at time of
order.
> What if the
item I order is on back-order?
In rare cases, some of the imported items may
be on back order. Should this happen, you will be notified by email
and decide at that time if you wish to continue to leave your order
on back order status.
> What about returns?
At Direct Identity your satisfaction is very
important to us. Each order is a "special order" with
your company logo added to the merchandise. We deal with high quality
manufactureres and rarely receive items that are less than perfect.
However, if there is a flaw or imperfection from the manufacturer
your item can be returned. Please refer to garment measurements
and sizes before placing your order, or feel free to contact us
with questions. RETURNS are only accepted for damaged or flawed
merchandise. Should this happen, please return the garment/item
to Direct Identity and we will replace the item at no charge. Direct
Identity will pay for shipping of returns that have manufacturer
inperfections.
> What if there is something I want that
I do not see here?
Anything can be purchased with minimum quantities.
Direct Identity has over 3,000 suppliers with all types of merchandise-promotional
items, gift items, wearables, etc. All you need to do is send an inquiry
to lisa@directidentity.com
describing what you are looking for and you will receive a response
by email or phone within 2-days.
> I don't see my logo-I want a different
logo, can I order a different logo?
Yes, any logo that you have permission to be
duplicated can be used. All you will need to do is to email the
art to lisa@directidentity.com
and give the instructions for its use. (Example: Embroidered logo
for shirts - left chest size).
You will have a response within 2-days of the
costs to have the logo digitized (embroidery).
For items other than clothing, you will receive
a quotation for laser engraving, screen printing, debossing/embossing,
etc. If you know the Pantone© (PMS©) colors, please note
them as well.
> What if I wanted to buy an item(s)
blank for gift giving?
You may purchase wearables (only) without embellishment.
