NDOP Logs for 2003
Instructions:
Vehicles classified as NDOP (Non-Discretionary Operational)
have a utilization criteria based on availability during regular
working days. LLNL policy requires that a monthly log must
be maintained by the Vehicle Custodian to document that availability.
Please list the start (Time Out - normally
8:00 a.m.), the end (Time In - normally 4:45 p.m.), and the
total availability (Hours - normally 8) during each regular
working day of the month.
If the vehicle was not available during
any working day, please note the reason (such as service,
maintenance, repair, or other down time) in the section (Notes:)
at the end of the log.
At the end of each
month submit your log by:
