All auto custodians should fill in their odometer reading by last week of every month.

Vehicles with bi-fuel capability running on gasoline or compressed natural gas (CNG) should use CNG as its primary fuel source, altough a minimum of one full tank of unleaded gasoline should also be used every 60 days.

Remember to check your vehicle's maintenance schedule

ONSD
ONSD vehicles are used primarily for onsite travel that could be made by another transportation mode.


OFSD
OFSD vehicles are used to make trips that originate or end offsite.

NDOP
NDOP vehicles are specially outfitted or configured for a single activity or are used solely in support of a single activity.


FORKLIFT
Keep the forklift properly fueled. Report end-of-the-month forklift meter readings to the NIF Programs Vehicle Representative
