Dave Anderson's 29 years as a venture capitalist have given
him extensive experience at developing up-and-coming high
tech businesses. As a managing director of Sutter Hill Ventures,
he provides equity to young technology companies throughout
the country. His directorships have included Palm Computing,
Apollo Computer, Dionex, Neurex, Molecular Devices and BroadVision.
Anderson received his BS in electrical engineering from the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his MBA from Harvard
University.

Howard Charney is a senior vice president
and member of Cisco's executive staff. He devotes his time
to advising corporations and governments around the world
on how the Internet can be used to build a competitive advantage.
In this role, Charney interfaces with leading domestic and
international corporate customers, government officials, industry
groups, financial analysts and the press through frequent
one-on-one meetings and public speaking engagements. Before
joining Cisco in 1995, Charney served as the founder, president
and CEO of Grand Junction Networks, the inventor of Fast Ethernet
and low-cost switching. He also co-founded 3Com Corporation
in 1980. He holds BS and MS degrees in mechanical engineering
from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and earned his
MBA and JD from Santa Clara University. He is a member of
the State Bar of California and the Federal Bar, and is a
licensed patent attorney.

After founding CAT Technology in 1993, Dick Crouch turned
his vision into the second fastest-growing company in Silicon
Valley. In addition to his 6 1/2 years as the company's CEO,
his 32 years in the high tech industry include nine years
at Sun Microsystems and seventeen years with Hewlett-Packard,
Arrow Electronics, California Datamart, BellSouth, Georgia
Institute of Technology and the U.S. Navy. Crouch received
his BS and MS in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute
of Technology and has undergone MBA studies at the University
of Alabama-Birmingham and San Jose State.

A co-founder and managing director of Trident
Capital since 1993, Don Dixon is well-versed in the ways of
the New Economy and sits on the boards of several prominent
technology companies. Previously he was co-president of Partech
International, a private equity fund manager associated with
Banque Paribas, and has also held high-ranking positions at
Alex. Brown & Sons, Morgan Stanley & Co. and Citibank,
N.A. Dixon earned his BSE from Princeton University and his
MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Prior to joining CAT Technology, Doug Koo
was Senior Vice President and CFO at Wine.com, where his accomplishments
included closing two rounds of private financing totaling
more than $80 million for the company. Koo's extensive financial
background includes positions as CFO of Blue Chalk Cafe Corporation,
principal at Gemini Consulting (now a division of Ernst &
Young) and associate at KPMG Peat Marwick. He received his
BA in Management Science from the University of California
at San Diego and his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School
of Business.

Don James,
Vice President of Sales
Recently promoted to Vice President of Sales within the company,
James served as Director of Sales the past year and as a senior
account executive the previous two years. James is considered
by many of his peers in the industry to be one of the highest
producing sales executives nationwide. He is recently credited
with a successful company-wide reorganization of sales operations.
Prior to joining the firm, James was a top producing account
executive at another Bay Area IT solutions provider. James
received his B.S. in Political Science from University of
California, Berkeley and a degree in Legal Studies from Oxford
University.
